Tubular steel is our highest-volume product and the system our Project Advisors know best. At 30’–40′ wide, a properly spec’d tubular building delivers an excellent result — durable, functional, and built to last — at a price point that works for the majority of our buyers. Pottawatomie County’s rural areas accept generic Risk Category I engineering for qualifying agricultural and utility structures — a favorable environment for tubular steel applications. Our most popular configurations in the Manhattan area are 30×40 and 30×50.
Tubular buildings are highly customizable with foam closures, rat guard, rake edges, and gutter packages available as upgrades. For insulated builds, housewrap or reflective double bubble are manufacturer upgrades installed before panels go on. Site-specific engineering runs approximately $2.00 per square foot when required.
