Cold Formed Steel — Finished Shops and Home Shells
For permitted, occupied buildings where the span and snow load allow — finished workshops and barndominium shells engineered to the local load, with steel’s non-combustible construction an advantage in WUI fire zones. Site-specific engineering runs about $0.75 per square foot.
Tubular Steel — Limited at Elevation
